Full Title or Meme

One of the sources of user Attributes is that of the user's Behavior during connections.

Context

There are a large number of User Behaviors that could be tracked; here are some examples:

  1. Pages views, can be used to slot users into categories for marketing advertisements.
  2. Mechanical use of the devices, whether laptop or palmtop.
    1. For palmtop devices there will typically be a motion sensor that can be used to maintain an authenticated user session.
    2. For a laptop (or desktop) device the user's mechanical typing can be tracked to see if it meets past behaviors.[1]

Problem

If the Users Behavior is tracked and stored, it is considered to be processing of the sort that falls under the purview of the GDPR and other Privacy regulations.
