Context
Problems
- The mapping from a Domain Name to a legal entity starts with the registrar's entry. But from there it can migrate in unforeseen ways.
- The Me2B alliance started to map some of the ways that Domain Names can be left dangling and then snapped up by fraudsters.[1]
