Full Title or Meme
HCI is similar to User Experience with a somewhat large scope of the full interchange with a Computer, often running an Artificial Intelligence program.
Context
- "You can build the best technology, but if it doesn't meet real needs, it becomes a misdirected effort.[1]
- Since 2021 it seems like every phone conversation with a large company is a Turing Test for us to determine what score to give the chat bot on the other end. Clearly this effort is a work in progress with a long road ahead.
