When an Entity can "stretch toward" a goal that is has set its mind to achieve.[1]

Context

Context is all important in Intentionality. Consider the following use cases:

  1. A computer user intends to purchase a replacement printer for one that has failed. That user follows a series of steps to determine which printers meets their needs and cost budget. Since it's a computer user it is expected that the search will be online. Now that privacy legislation is in force, one new level of user intentionality is added, will the web sites be able to track the user moving around the internet?
  2. The user navigates to a web site to explore product with some intention to solve a problem. The user finds a suitable product. What is the process that links the intention to solve the problem, into an intention to pay for the product?
