Abstract
The JOSE set of standards is being extended to provide presentations of private data about subjects in response to the need of any Relying Party for information to allow an Access or Transaction to be completed. Previous attempts request data from Subjects has relying on the names of claims that Subjects can make about themselves. This document defines a new approach where the Relying Party sends a list of purposes to which the subject dat is required. It also describes a means to map that data into specific data elements that can be used to satisfy the purpose.
