Full Title or Meme
A Brand is a name in a particular culture that can be legally used by a legal Entity to represent some portion of that Entity's business activities.
Context
- As a part of having a Trusted Identity in Cyberspace a series of Framework Profiles have been created to allow digital Entities to give users a statement about the policies that they support.
Problems
- Many Brands that we are used to seeing in a store are just made up names that do not reference legal entities.
Solutions
- The Brand can be considered to be a name used in a Trusted Identifier.
