Identities that are not legal entities today (2018) in any country other than Saudi Arabia.

Context

While Fake Identifiers could be considered to be Artificial Identifiers in some sense, this page is about deliberate creation of an Identifier attached to an Artificial Intelligence, which could be operating on behalf of a user or in response to a user's communications.

Problems

The Turing Test was created to determine whether a communications correspondent was real or artificial. Up until 2018 it could be said that there was no Artificial Intelligence that could reliably pass this test. That changed and now such an Artificial Intelligence is possible, although most of the home appliances cannot be said to have reached that level of skill.
