Full Title or Meme
Nearly all that we have today is a result of the Rule of Law, but that seems to be crumbling as we watch in fascination, or in horror, depending on our belief in the justice now evident in the current Rule of Law.
Context
Justice can only be evaluated in context.
Problems
Governments, at least in the US, require community banks
Grameen
Money flows are leaving the Western style banking networks.
Block chain for money and Identity is an existential threat to the Rule of Law by hiding responsibility. If you can't find the perpetrator of a crime, you cannot control crime.
Solutions
Solutions require consensus, which is not in great abundance today.
