Definition

Guardian of a person's Identifier is needed to make an Digital Identifier available with Inclusion.

(b)"Guardian" includes:
(i)a representative designated by an individual;
(ii)the parent or legal guardian of an unemancipated minor; or
(iii)the legal guardian of a legally incapacitated individual.
