Definition
A simulation of Reality where some rules that apply to reality can be altered to allow different experiences.
Context
When applied to human experiences this can be to let a human experience some that that is outside the limitation of physical Reality.
Even night vision googles can change the visible spectrum to carry different information than our normal vision can experience.
