A rather indistinct concept that is generally taken to main the inclusion of features like Semantics selected as a part of any transaction and perhaps Blockchain capability inolcuded with Identifier and Trust decisions.

Context

The termWeb3 was coined by Polkadot founder and Ethereum co-founder Gavin Wood in 2014. He refered to a “decentralized online ecosystem based on blockchain”.
