A rather indistinct concept that is generally taken to main the inclusion of features like Semantics selected as a part of any transaction and perhaps Blockchain capability inolcuded with Identifier and Trust decisions.

Context

• The termWeb3 was coined by Polkadot founder and Ethereum co-founder Gavin Wood in 2014. He referred to a “decentralized online ecosystem based on blockchain”.
• At their core there really is not difference between Web3 and Donald Trump, they are both determined to destroy trust in existing systems. And the both seem to be working.
