Fairness
The traditional metrics for a successful state are freedom and equality. But when we try to find a common definition for either, Politics fails to come to any agreement. What is needed is an attempt to look at the world as it is, rather than impose our own view on the world. Hegel said: "when you look at the world rationally, the world tends to look rationally back." In general we find that a "well-ordered society" is one where most members of the society feel that justice is done. The best way to seek such a society is by trying to treat all members of the society with a fairness that applies to all of the Underserved Communities in that society.[1]
- What politician do understand is outlined in the wiki Grievance which is the basis for most "populist" politicians like William Jennings Bryan and Donald Trump.
