The DFARS and PGI provide uniform acquisition policies and procedures for the Department of Defense. An electronic version of the official DFARS is available at www.ecfr.gov, under Title 48, Chapter 2.

Context

The DAR Council is also responsible for maintenance of the DFARS Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI).
