Identity Regulation by various governments and standard setting bodies.

For this wiki Identity Regulation will include any document that constrains Holders, Verifiers or Issuers.

This are the various regulations and government programs that have been so far identified.

Digital Europe for All (DE4A) puts forward a new Member State-driven large-scale pilot aimed at compliance with Single Digital Gateway. Its over-arching goal is to reinforce trust in public institutions and to unleash multiple measurable positive impacts in terms of efficiency gains and reduction of current administrative burden and costs. This appears to be a mixture of hopeful thinking that the member states will somehow become more trusted if the take more control of their residents lives. That seems like a non-sequitur.
