Full Title or Meme
The function of a Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM) has been proposed by Doc Searls[1] as the User managing their vendors.
Context
The simplest form of VRM is described in the wiki page on Password Managers.
Problems
User are at the mercy of Internet provider that dictate the terms of the user's engablment with a Contract of Adhesion which courts have determined are lawful in this case.
Solutions
Give user's the ability to set their own terms
