Spatial Computing is human interaction with a machine in which the machine retains and manipulates referents to real objects and spaces.

Context

First introduced by Simon Greenwold in his MIT Thesis of the same name.[1] "It is an essential component for making our machines fuller partners in our work and play." It is clear that our machine's ability of both read spacial data from the environment and display other spacial data to the user has continued to grow throughout the 21st century.
