Problems
the biggest problems come from the verifier:
1. Not clearly ID'd to the user
2. purpose of data request is not required or coded.
3. Little flexibility when multiple purposes needed.
4. Still focused on user ID from gov't cred ID.
5. Tracking is super easy for all Enterprises.
6. Reusable ID == tracking ID.
7. User experience was not considered early.
8. Governments have GDPR exceptions.
