Remote. Access for the purpose of this paper is a person (natural or other) at a network attached computer accessing resources over the internet that are not publicly available.

Context

The common context is a resource that is on a publicly available internet connection and a user trying to access that resource from a significantly less powerful, less protected device, also connected to the internet.
