Context

The Electron and the Photon are the simplest of quantum objects and so are the typical choice for building a quantum computer based on the superposition of states that these objects exhibit.

Solutions

Paul Dirac was the first to create an equation which fully represented the relativist quantum behavior of the electron.

Dirac Equations

The theoretical developments based on Dirac’s equation can allow the simulation of the behavior of an electron but that simulation will be essentially probabilistic in nature and not deterministic. One could use Monte Carlo procedures to illustrate aspects of the behavior. It is also necessary to describe the environment in which the electron is located, i.e. the details of the particular atomic or molecular structure in which it is located for any simulation to describe any situation realistically. What you possibly mean by simulation is visualization. This is largely up to the skill of the person programming the physical model of the electron both in programming skills and physics skills understanding the physics involved.
